PENDLETON — The Umatilla County Special Library District will discuss its spring board retreat, and approve an updated sick leave policy and emergency action plan during its upcoming meeting.

The meeting is Thursday, Jan. 25, 5:30 p.m. at the district office, 425 S. Main St., Pendleton. In addition, the meeting is available via Zoom and phone (audio only).
