Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Hector Elias Guerra, 40, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to two counts of manufacturing and delivery of a federally controlled substance (fentanyl); sentenced to three and a half years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections with credit for time served and five years of post-prison supervision.

Kimberly Dawn Haigh, 52, of Stanfield, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; sentenced to two years of probation, 18 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, with credit for time served, and a $1,500 fine.

Diego Lucas Y Lucas, 21, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to three years of probation and a $100 fine.

Edvin Yovany Jacinto Ramirez, 21, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to 12 months of probation, including an alcohol treatment diversion program.
