Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Franklin Gene Artz, 84, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to second-degree sexual abuse; sentenced to three years of probation.

Ross Carlisle Vanetta, 43, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree theft and third-degree robbery; sentenced to four years, seven month incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Keagan Robert Roy Delair, 21, of Heppner, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to domestic violence crimes of menacing and attempted strangulation; sentenced to two years of probation.

Kevin Lee McCord, 44, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation and a $500 fine.

Jason Scott Patterson, 50, of Heppner, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to three years of probation.
