Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Alma Marivel Cervantes, 55, of Paterson, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; sentenced to three years of probation, 30 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, three years suspension of driving privileges and fines of $1,100.

Casandra Cecelia Chute. 34, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; sentenced to three years of probation and a $250 fine.

Joshua Raymond Fitzgerald, 34, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to first-degree theft; sentenced to five years of probation.

William Enrique Garcia Godinez, 43, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to DUII and reckless driving; sentenced to a diversion program, one year of probation and a $100 fine.

Alexandre Grimaud, 47, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to fraudulent use of a credit card, first-degree aggravated theft and possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to three years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and two years of post-prison supervision.

Daniel Jay-Lee McMurtry, 28, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program.

Jorge Madrigal Orozco, 39, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree assault and first-degree burglary; sentenced to five years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, three years of post-prison supervision.

Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 44, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in cases from 2022 and 2023 to first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and menacing; sentenced to two years of probation and a $200 fine.

Jose Ledesma Parra, 50, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case and a 2024 case to DUII; sentenced to five years of probation, lifetime suspension of driving privileges, 40 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, and fines of $3,500.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Jess Terry vs. Ashley Longhorn, both of Hermiston; seeks $1,250.

John Sargent vs. Pendleton Fuel & Go, both of Pendleton; seeks $1,000.

Brian Kelly Yeager vs. James Nelson, both of Pendleton; seeks $354.
