Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Damon Lamont Butterfield, 37, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to misdemeanor failure to report as a sex offender; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.

Thomas Gabriel Martinez, 32, of Pendleton, pleaded no contest in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years of probation, one year suspension of driving privileges, 30 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, and a fine of $2,000.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Jorge Enrique Quinonez, 38, of Cheney, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to three years suspension of driving privileges, two years of probation and a $1,000 fine.
