Sentences
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Owen Wayne Ancheta, 20, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.
Sergio Ramires Barreto, 31, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in separate 2023 cases to delivery of cocaine and driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 30 days of incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, one year suspension of driving privileges and fees of $255 in the DUII case and three years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, three years of post-prison supervision and a $100 fine.
Angel Uribe Ibarra, 23, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants and criminal driving while suspended or revoked; sentenced to 90 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, three years of probation and $3,000 in fines.
Diego Manuel Johnson, 23, of Caldwell, Idaho, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to second-degree burglary; sentenced to 18 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Aries Sanchez Ramirez, 39, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to hit-and-run involving injuries to a person; sentenced to three years of probation and one year suspension, of driving privileges.
Edvin Yovany Jacinto Ramirez, 21, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program and one year of probation.
Gregorio Junior Rodriguez, 21, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to two years of probation, 20 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, one year suspension of driving privileges and $1,000 in fines.
Adrian C. Solis, 24, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program and one year of probation.
Adam Wesley Stilson, 44, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to identity theft, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a stolen vehicle and hit-and-run involving injuries to a person; sentenced to 30 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and two years of post-prison supervision.
John Lloyd Tillman, 73, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to two years of probation, 10 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, three years suspension of driving privileges and a fine of $1,500.
Mathew Allen Dean White, 17, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program and one year of probation.
Lawsuits
The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Upper Columbia Mission Society of Seventh-day Adventist Church vs. Joshua Cody Stiffler and River Rock Construction, all of Milton-Freewater; seeks $26,580 plus interest.
Double S Electric, of Lostine, vs. Loren Lindell Construction, of Pendleton; seeks $5,526.
Rob Merriman Plumbing and Heating Inc. vs. Loran Lindell Construction, both of Pendleton; seeks $4,000.
The following lawsuits have been filed in Morrow County Circuit Court:
Rafael Leon Torres, 38, of Boardman, pleaded no contest in a 2024 case to first-degree criminal mischief; sentenced to two years of probation.
