Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Efren Santos Barrera Almaraz, 28, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation and a $200 fine.

Raymundo Abarca Campbell, 23, formerly an inmate at Two Rivers Correctional Institution, Umatilla, now at Oregon State Penitentiary, Salem, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to aggravated harassment; sentenced to three years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and two years of post-prison supervision.

Audrey Lynn Harshman, 43, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to first-degree theft; sentenced to three years of probation and restitution of $2,298.

Caleb Wendell Peery, 39, of College Place, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to first-degree theft; sentenced to 13 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections with credit for time served, restitution of $1,362.47 and one year of post-prison supervision.

Fransisco Ramos Ramos, 25, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felony fourth-degree assault; sentenced to 14 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections.
