The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Steve Rafael Arroyo Jr., 31, of Walla Walla, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.
Jeffrey Dale William Bush, 37, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felony fleeing; sentenced to 18 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Lane Alexander Galloway, 31 of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; agreed to enter a diversion program.
Jessica Marie Gray, 36, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felon in in possession of a firearm; sentenced to 15 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections.
Sean Robert Hurtt, 54, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to DUII and reckless driving; agreed to enter a diversion program and sentenced to one year of probation.
Caroline Jane Meyersick, 32, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to DUII; agreed to enter a diversion program and sentenced to one year of probation.
Miguel Angel H. Otaegui, 45, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.
Cesar Mendoza Perez, Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; agreed to enter a diversion program.
Richard Wayne Perez, 35, of College Place, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felon in possession of a firearm; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.
Ethan Alan Pinkham, 40, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to theft of a vehicle; sentenced to 18 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and two years of post-prison supervision.
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:
Austin Lee Dyer, 29, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to menacing and unlawful possession of methamphetamine; sentenced to three years of probation and $300 in fines.
Eugene Conrad Machado, 34, of Salem, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to felony fleeing and reckless driving; sentenced to 90 days suspension of driving privileges, two years of probation and $950 in fines.
