Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Christian Alan Acosta, 30, of Pasco, pleaded guilty in a 2021 case to felon in possession of a restricted weapon and giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a citation or warrant; sentenced to 30 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton and two years of probation.

Devin Lee Taylor Badgett, 25, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years probation, two days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, one year suspension of driving privileges and a $1,000 fine.

Librado Morales Balderas, 31, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII and giving false information to a police officer; sentenced to sentenced to 90 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, two years of post-incarceration supervision and a $2,000 fine.

Jonathan James Price, 42, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to first-degree theft, sentenced to three years of probation, a $200 fine and restitution of $1,390.59.

Anthony Thomas Toombs, 37, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to vehicle theft, third-degree robbery and two counts of third-degree assault; sentenced to five years, eight months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, seven years of post-prison supervision and $800 in fines

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Man-Data Inc., doing business as Pacific Coast Credit, vs. Taylee Welker, both of Hermiston; seeks $706.03.

Damaris Gpe. Jacobo Sepulveda vs. Ramon Esquivel Alvarez, both of Umatilla; seeks $10,000.
