Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

John Aarron Bindley, 61, of Eddyville; pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse; sentenced to six years, three months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, a $200 fine and 10 years of post-prison supervision.

Lance Mycal Coble, 20, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to fourth-degree assault; sentenced to two years of probation and 10 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.

Megan Krean Duffy, 37, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to three years of probation, 45 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, suspension of driving privileges for one year and a fine of $1,245.

Jose Alonso Armenta Landa Jr., 29, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felony fleeing; sentenced to 18 months of probation, 90 days suspension of driving privileges and a $200 fine.

Zachary Scott Midland, 32, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to first-degree aggravated theft, felon in possession of a firearm and second-degree burglary; sentenced to 15 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and two years of post-prison supervision. He also pleaded guilty in a separate case from 2024 to three counts of second-degree burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to five years of probation and a $200 fine.

Michael Paul Nelson, 33, of Kennewick, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to possession of a stolen vehicle, first-degree theft and giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a citation and/or warrant; sentenced to two years of probation and $400 in fines.

Blanche Henderson Patterson, 56, of Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to misdemeanors of giving false information to a police officer and failure to report as a sex offender; sentenced to 15 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail.

Chantal Dorina Ramirez, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to three counts of manufacture/delivery of a federally controlled substance; sentenced to six years incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections, $600 in fines and three years of post-prison supervision.

Ashley Anny Soto vs. Angel Porfirio Cervantes and Alexis Antonio Ascencion, all of Boardman, seeks $8,500.

Carlos Ruiz Castaneda vs. Alexis Antonio Ascencion and Angel Porfirio Cervantes, all of Boardman, seeks $9,500.
