Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Bryson Stewart Azure, 28, of Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felon in possession of a restricted weapon; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.

William Alan Bradley, 66, of Boise, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to unlawful possession of a firearm; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.

Dante Steven Rhodes, 22, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to DUII; sentenced to one year of probation and a diversion program.

Walter McBride Roberts III, 31, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to felony fleeing, driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another person; sentenced to two years of probation, lifetime suspension of his driver’s license, 10 days incarceration in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, and $1,300 in fines.

Joel Ernesto Rodriguez, 38, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and fourth-degree assault; sentenced to 18 months incarceration with the Oregon Department of Corrections and a $200 fine.

Jason Michael Tinsley, 41, of Athena, pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to 18 months of probation, a $200 fine and restitution of $2,469. He also pleaded guilty in a separate 2024 case to fourth-degree assault; sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine.

Andrew James Oliver II, of Hermiston, vs. Cascade Management Inc., of Tigard; seeks $10,000.

Wade Bettis, of La Grande, vs. Jani L. West-Crabill, of Pendleton; seeks $18,286.80.

Clarissa Arnold, of Milton-Freewater, vs. Courtney Shank, of Amboy, Washington; seeks $8,097.85.
