PENDLETON — Gene and Kathy Bolin, of Ione, recently announced the engagement of their daughter, Heidi Daggett, of Pendleton, to Russ Nicolai, formerly of Salem.

The bride-to-be is the manager of a boutique in downtown Pendleton. The groom-to-be is the son of Tom (Connie) Nicolai, of Keizer, and Cathy (Steve) Eakes, of Dallas, and is currently employed with the state of Oregon and living in Pendleton. Their wedding is scheduled for June 28, 2025, in Pendleton.
