NEW YEAR’S EVE MASQUERADE BALL, doors open at 8 p.m., music from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., Hamley’s Steakhouse, 8 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton. $10 ticket includes hors d’oeuvres and desserts, midnight champagne toast, party favors and more. Raffles will be held throughout the evening.
