WEDDING: Hansen-Wells

Cassandra Hansen of Battleground, Wash., and Jake Wells of Pasco, Wash., were married Aug. 7, 2010, at Anderson Lodge in Ariel, Wash., in a double-ring ceremony officiated by Jodi Larson.
Cassie wore a full-length ivory taffeta gown with train, and carried a bouquet of pink Gerber daisies and white roses with blue flower accents. Her attendants were her sister Stephanie Hansen of Battleground, Wash., as maid of honor, and friends Jessica Obbink, Ashley Hasselbalch and Whitney Christenson, all of Vancouver, Wash., and Erin Zimel of Tillamook, cousin of the bride, as bridesmaids. Morgan Christenson, daughter of Whitney, was the flower girl.
Jake was attended by friend Andy Lindenburger of Portland as best man. His groomsmen were friends Jason Lobato and Jarrad Henry, both of Portland, Ryan Ferril of Washougal, Wash., and Matt Hansen (also brother of the bride) of Seattle. The bride’s nephew, Tama Tuia of Hermiston, was ring bearer.
Carol Wells of Pendleton, mother of the groom, and Connie Ford of The Dalles, aunt of the groom, performed the music for the ceremony.
After a reception at Anderson Lodge, the couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii. They are at home in Pasco, Wash.
Cassie is the daughter of Dale and Patty Hansen of Battleground, Wash. She graduated from Battleground High School in 2005, and from Washington State University in Vancouver, Wash., in 2009 with a bachelors degree in psychology.
Jake is the son of George and Carol Wells of Pendleton. He is a 2001 Pendleton High School graduate, and earned a bachelors degree in construction management engineering from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Wash., in 2009. He is employed by Fluor Federal Services in Richland, Wash.
